The Polish Road Congress and the Provincial Roads Authority in Katowice would like to invite you to next edition of the International Conference "Silesian Road Forum", which will be held on 29-30 June 2021, this time in the on-line formula. This year the conference's theme is "Innovative and sustainable road surfaces". It will be a leading conference dedicated mainly to innovations, new technologies, development in the field of road surfaces. The conference will bring together distinguished experts from Poland and Germany (German FGSV Association, Federal Road Research Institute BASt and Federal Ministry of Transport) with the latest experience of road surfaces in Germany, but also experts from the Visegrad Group countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary) and other PIARC countries. The focus will be on the latest solutions and research projects at the level of technical universities, research institutes and road administrations.

Terms of participation:
To participate in the Forum, it is required to complete an online registration form and pay the participation fee to the Polish Road Congress’ bank account at Alior Bank S.A. no: PL58 2490 0005 0000 4600 9671 2068 no later than June 28, 2021. An individual link to the broadcast will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the application on the day preceeding the event.
The participation fee is 80 Euros. The price covers participation of one person in the on-line event, access to materials related to the event and an electronic certificate confirming participation in the Forum.
If a Forum participant needs the application to be approved by the supervisor, please select the "Print" option after completing the form on the website www.kongresdrogowy.pl. A file will be generated containing all the necessary data with a place for signatures of authorized persons. After completing the form, it will also be possible to download an automatically prepared proforma, which will make it easier for you to make the payment.
The payment may be deferred after confirmation with the Organizer. Failure to make the payment on time is not tantamount to resignation from participation in the event. The organizer reserves the right to keep payments made less than 48 hours before the start of the event and not to grant access to the event online.
The participant may withdraw his application to the Forum at no cost by submitting a written statement by June 28, 2021. The resignation should be sent from the address provided in the application form to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of resignation on later date, the Organizer will charge the Participant with the full cost of participation.
The organizer is not responsible for any damage or inability to join the online event caused by providing incorrect registration data, failure to perform or improper registration, failure by the user to have the appropriate equipment, software or Internet connection required to conduct the online event.
