The Polish Road Congress - the Polish National Committee of PIARC and the Regional Roads Authority in Olsztyn invite you to take part in the 5th Warmian-Masurian Road Forum. This year's edition of this renowned conference will take place in Ryn on September 24-25.

The location of the Conference is an exceptional hotel, decorated in a modern style within the ancient walls of the carefully restored castle of knights of the Teutonic Order from the fourteenth century.

The sessions of the Forum will traditionally be preceded by an educational picnic for children and youth on the Old Town Market Square in Olsztyn – the capitol of Warmia and Mazury region, scheduled for September 23. The conference and picnic have a common slogan - "Roads of the future". The broad scope of the conference covers such topics as: expected directions of settlement and transport development, innovative and future-proof road construction technologies, vehicles that will drive on the roads in the future and the related challenges of ensuring traffic safety. The program includes lectures and presentations of experts from academics, practitioners of road network management and companies related to road construction.

Particular events during this year's Forum will be the annual meeting of 16 Directors of Regional Roads Administrations, as well as the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the well-known manufacturer od road signs GZD company - formerly Giera Znaki Drogowe. As part of the celebrations, a jubilee concert entitled "All Signs on Earth and Heaven" will take place.

The number of single rooms is limited, first pay, first served rule. The check-in time at the hotel begins at 16:00 and check out time ends at 12:00 the next day. The rooms will be made available to the guests as soon as possible.
