Polish Road Congress - the National Committee of the World Road Association PIARC invites you cordially to the Polish-Nordic Road Forum to he held in the city of Sopot on the Baltic coast, 4-6th of June 2018.
Themes of the Congress:
- Road management: Road Asset Management as a response to current and future challenges for road administration
- road maintenance: organizational systems, technologies, equipment
If you are an employee of a road or transport administration in Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden and wish to exchange experience with Polish academics, road administration and road industry companies, you are welcome.

The venue of the Congress is the Haffner Hotel **** Buiness&Pleasure in Sopot, at 59 Jana Jerzego Haffnera street. The participation fee for the congress depends on the selected option:
A. With two nights at the hotel :
1,800 PLN(VAT icluded) - for one person in a double room
2,200 PLN ( VAT included) - for one person in a single room

The number of single rooms is limited. The check at hotel starts at 15:00 and check out time is set at 12:00 the next day. The rooms will be made available to the guests arrivig earlier as soon as possible.
Attention! We strongly reccomend coming to Sopot with public tyransportation means, because of limited availability of parking space in the hotel itself and in close neighbourhood. The hotel cannot guarantee parking space to all the guests.

The other requirement is to make a payment to the bank account of the Polish Road Congress at Alior Bank S.A. No. 77 2490 0005 0000 4520 9168 6331 by May 25, 2018. In the transfer title, please provide the surname (s) of the participant (s) of the Forum.
In the case of resignation from attending the Forum later than May 29, 2018, the Organizer will charge the Participant with full participation costs. Absence of the Participant (not reported in the above-mentioned period) does not exempt from due payment.
In case the participant needs the paper version of application to be accepted by the superior, please select the "Print" option after completing the form. A file containing all necessary data will be generated along with a place for signatures of authorized persons. After filling in the form, it will also be possible to download an automatically prepared proforma, which will make it easier for you to make a payment.
The Polish Road Congress and the Provincial Roads Authority in Katowice would like to invite you to next edition of the International Conference "Silesian Road Forum", which will be held on 29-30 June 2021, this time in the on-line formula.
