The General Meeting of Members set for June 21st

The Managing Board of the PKD convened the General Assembly of Members of the association on June 21 (Thursday) at 11:00 in Warsaw.

At the meeting of the Board, which took place on March 28th, it was determined that this year's General Meeting of Members will be held at the Conference Center "Żurawia" at Żurawia street47 in Warsaw. Starting at 11:00, and in the lack of a quorum, the second date was set at 11:15. The proposed agenda includes traditionally reports on operations and financial statements for 2017 and the adoption of plans for 2018.

The Managing Board of the Association also appointed, in accordance with the resolution of the General Meeting of 2017, the Chamber of honorary distinctions of the Polish Road Congress. Its tasks will include awarding the honorary titles of "Meritorious for the Roads".

The Board also approved the agreement of PKD-PIARC on the principles of performing the function of the National Committee of the World Road Association PIARC, signed in Gdansk on February 23. The submitted during the last General Meeting were also examined and it was stated that all of them are implemented in the current operations of the association.
