6th Warmian-Masurian Road Forum "Safe Roads of the Future" will be held on September 22-24th in the town of Mikolajki. The event is organized by the Regional Roads Authority in Olsztyn and the Polish Road Congress – the National Committee od World Road Association PIARC. The main topic of the Conference is road safety in many aspects.
Languages of the congress are Polish and English, with simultaneous translation provided.
The venue of the congress in Mikolajki, Warmia @ Mazury Region in northern-eastern Poland is the The Mikołajki Resort & Spa Hotel***** . The hotel is situated on the small island, called Birds’ Island on the Lake Mikołajskie (https://www.hotelmikolajki.pl/en/) It offers perfect surrounding for hard work during conference and the well-deserved relaxation afterwards.

The fee for participation in the Forum depends on the option of accomodation you choose:

The number of single rooms is limited, first pay, first served rule. The check-in time at the hotel begins at 16:00 and check out time ends at 12:00 the next day. The rooms will be made available to the guests as soon as possible.

In the case of resignation later than September 17th, 2019 the Organizer will charge the participant for the full participation costs. Absence of the Participant (not reported in the above-mentioned period) does not exempt from payment of the amount due.
This conference will be dedicated to discussing cross-border road projects carried out by regional road administrations of three neighboring countries: Poland, Czech Rerpublic and Slovakia.
